If stupidity would kill...
....Some NBA players would die!
Imagine that the NBA commissioner Davind Stern is thinking of installing a "dress code" for players (like the NHL has had almost forever). By doing so, the players "image" would improve and maybe set a good example for young kids to dress better instead of 'street' wear.
The problem lies with some players who feels that such a law wouldn't pass with players UNLESS THE LEAGUE GIVE THEM SPENDING MONEY TO BUY CLOTHES!!!!
May I remind you they all make around 5 Million a year?!?!
Like I said, if stupidity kills, some players would die instantly......

Get rid of spies
This post is more of a "public service announcement".
Once in a while, your PC should be scanned and cleared of spyware, those little pieces of &?$% that gets in your PC without notice when you "surf" the web. They then issue "pop ups" left, right and centre.
Here's 2 programs that can help you get rid of them. They are completely safe and secure, just download and run. They were recomended by my "Protégez-vous" magazine.
Spybot or Ad-Aware
Make sure you use those link or copy the right adress.

Why Sundays sucks!
No matter what season it is, if it's sunny, rainy, snowy or whatever, Sunday sucks.
Here's some reasons why;
1- Unable to polish off my bottle of red wine, work is Tomorow!
2- Unless you rent something, t.v. is BAD!
3- Knowing you go back to work the next norning!
4- Still hungover from last night's bottle (see #1)
5- You know that whatever you didn't do this weekend, it is just delayed until next weekend!
Here's some reasons why;

The Habs are losing 2-0 right now so here's a little morale booster I found on one of my fave sites!
AMAZINGLY SIMPLE HOME REMEDIES
1. If you are choking on an ice cube, don't panic. Simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat and presto. The blockage will be almost instantly removed.
2. Clumsy? Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop away.
3. Avoid arguments with the little woman about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink.
4. For high blood pressure sufferers: simply cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure in your veins. Remember to use a timer.
5. A mouse trap, placed on top of your alarm clock, will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button
6. If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives, then you will be afraid to cough.
7. Have a bad toothache? Smash your thumb with a hammer and you will forget about the toothache

The end of a season.
So you know when summer ends when the leaves turns red? Days are shorter? Nights are colder? Not for me. I know when summer ends when racing is over. F1 and IRL are now over for the season, Champs Car is down to 2 races before the end of the season and NASCAR is done in about a month. No longer, for a while, will I wish "in secret" for rain on Sundays just to stay home and watch the race instead, I will wish for lots of snow on Saturday to watch College Football!
Alors vous savez que l'été est finie lorsque les feuilles tournent aux rouges? Les journées sont plus courtes? Les soirées sont plus fraiches? Pas pour moi. Je sais que l'été est finie lorsque la saison des courses automobiles est terminé. Les saisons de F1 d'IRL sont terminées, il ne reste que 2 courses de Champ Car et la NASCAR temine sa saison dans environ 1 mois. je n'aurai plus, pendant quelques temps, à souhaiter "en secret" de la pluie les dimanches pour pouvoir rester à la maison et regarder les courses. Maintenant, je vais souhaiter beaucoup de neige les samedis pour pouvoir regarder le Football Collégial Américain!

3 years ago....
3 years ago, I was still young and naive and just got married :)
It's been 3 years today, some say it's not too long (grandparents) and some say it's an eternity (probably a celeb couple from Hollywood!). Whatever it is, it's all good! Although it brings nice lunch discussions at the office. So a womend says she hates flowers but in reality she likes them?!?!

Wanna laugh?
I really thought "Arrested Development" was the best Comedy in t.v. but I started watching "The Office" this year and I have to say it is HILARIOUS! I was surprised and happy to hear that NBC bought a British concept given the usual conservatism of American channel. They realised how good and well written this comedy is so, bravo NBC!
Must see tv on NBC Tuesday nights :)

et maintenant, vous êtes accrocs à la cigarette? Vous pouvez maintenant blâmer
Les manufacturiers de cigarettes! Yipee, Impérial Tobacco paiera pour vous et oui, gratisse, vos nouveaux poumons!
Qu'arrive t-il de la modération?
Moi je serait d'accord pour permettre aux vieux d'ammener les compagnies de tabacs en cours mais ceux de 50 ans et moin doivent avoir, un jour ou l'autre, vu, lu ou entendu un article sur les dangers de fumer alors foutez moi la paix et prenez une part de responsabilité ok?

I would be willing to let the old folks sue the tobacco companies but people 50 years or younger MUST have seen, heard or read an article on the dangers of smoking so leave me alone and take some of the blame ok?
